Recently, we get some customers claim that the suction power of the robot vacuum cleaner is smaller than they purchased newly. so we write an article here to make a statement:
Normally if you claims the suction power is smaller, there mostly 3 condition:
1, the rolling brush is stuck by big dust/debris, which we have suggest you to clean the rolling brush and the axi reguarly to avoid hair tangled. The tangled hairs or big dust/debris affect the robot vacuum a lot. if you think the robot cann't suction big debris is a big trouble, then you should understand first: the robot vacuum cannot suction any kind of the debris, too big debris/ too long hairs need to be cleared regularly to keep the cleaning efficiency.
2, the HEPA filter is too dirty to get enough suction power. if the HEPA filter is too dirty, the wind cannot go out of the dust box, then the suction power would be affected. this we have suggest you to replace the HEPA filter. or clear the filters.
3, the fan motor doesnt work, this we have asked you if there is wind is blowing, if the wind is out of robot, that means the motor works correctly.
Then, there is only 1 more possibility left: you possibly change the suction power setting on the remote control or the APP. firstly you use average power or high power, but you may not noticed the setting was to be setted as quiet mode. so you think the power is smaller. please check.
Dear all customers, we hope you all enjoy our products and it can do a great cleaning job for your home. but robot vacuum cleaner is not everything. it just a helper and take some time to familar with your house. please be patient and try to treat it good. do maintenance regularly.
